How did the project start?
Being a new start-up business, Evolution Children's Homes were looking to integrate their new branding into a highly visual and informative website.
We began work on visuals in May 2008 and worked closely with a member of their staff to generate relevant and helpful content for potential users.
What options did you consider?
While Flash would have given us the visual display we wanted, it is not a search engine friendly option.
With that in mind, we tried to make the site as informative as possible whilst being usable and streamlined and highly visual.
What help and expertise did you receive?
All work for this project was in-house.
Did you face and challenges or learn any lessons?
Making a website highly visual whilst making it strong SEO-wise is always difficult but well managed in this particular site as well as making it highly usable.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
Over May and the following months, Evolution Childrens Homes have acquired several new enquiries on the strength of their site and hope to acquire many more throughout the year.
What are your plans for the future?
We will continue to update the site as new accommodations become available.
