Jagtech offer genuine Jaguar parts and their servicing does not invalidate manufacturer's warranties. As well as repairs and servicing, Jagtech also supply and fit a multitude of accessories for Jaguar cars including parking aids, SAT NAV systems, hands free kits and more.
Jagtech knew that they could be doing more business through the internet and wanted a website with clearly communicated their services, reflected their quality and above all, generates more business for the company.
Jagtech chose Visualsoft based on recommendations from companies based in the automotive sector. For Visualsoft, in developing a solution, the most viable option was to develop a brochure site for the company with an easily manageable content management system (CMS).
The entire Jagtech project was developed inhouse, with close consultation with the Jagtech team to understand their most prominent services and feature of the business which set themselves apart.
Most lessons which had to be learned were effectively learned before the project had begun, having worked with so many client brochure sites previously. Visualsoft had to simply transfer this knowedge effectively into the Jagtech online presence. There are two clear examples of Visualsoft experience in the development of Jagtech.
Firstly, the design and branding of the website online had to be of the quality expected by Jaguar online. If the website does not communicate trust, you are very unlikely to trust your Jaguar with that company. The navigation required clear call to action on each page, allowing a user to learn about the company, develop confidence in their abilities and finally to contact Jagtech.
Secondly, the CMS system was developed so that Jagtech could retain as much control over the website as possible, allowing instant information updates and allowing Jagtech to be completely independent of web maintenance and allowing them to get on with what they do best.
Perception is everything online and the quality of the Jagtech website has proven to be truely reflective of the Jagtech service. As a result, Jagtech is receiving more leads and better business through the internet and drawing upon new customers from what is effectively a free marketing arm for the company.
Plans for the future include ifurther investigating how search engine optimisation services within Visualsoft can be utilised to further build regional traffic into the website.
