Super Tuning

How did the project start?

Supertuning were recommended to Visualsoft as a company which could offer a high quality website. Supertuning were advertising in local papers and not getting much success; most work arose through recommendation and word of mouth.

What options did you consider?

The simple option would have been to develop an aesthetically pleasing website. However, in developing websites, Visualsoft push themselves to develop effective solutions which make the most of the online potential of a business.

What help and expertise did you receive?

All of the Supertuning website was developed in house by the Visualsoft team. Many of the technologies and knowledge of website conversion were derived on working on both inhouse porjects and client projects for over ten years.

One of the most important requirements of the website was to enhance the brand online. The site needed to communicate trust, expertise and technical proficiency through the design aesthetics. In developing the website, Visualsoft also effectively rebranded the company even down to the design of the Supertuning logo.

Did you face and challenges or learn any lessons?

Although the website involved a lot of planning, it was executed as close to perfectly as could have been hoped for. This was a result of clear planning, and a client which communicated their needs and industry knowledge to us very clearly.

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

The website was naturally 'tuned' to rank highly for its services. Web traffic has been high, with a very good conversion rate. This has ended regional advertising as enquries through the website mean that the company is constantly busy. Marketing of the website is also free, with no requirements to date for pay per click.

The perception of the company online has definitely ensured trust to the user, with a wide range of valuable cars being 'Super Tuned'.

What are your plans for the future?

Future plans are already underway with a number of new sites under construction which service related industries. The aim is to potential cross sell these services.
